Henry Alonzo is a Los Angeles & New York City based music executive and educator. He is the Founding Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Adarga Entertainment Group, a firm dedicated to providing industry-leading services for independent artists and record labels.

Adarga’s corporate clients and partners include Sony Music, Capitol CMG/Universal, Integrity Music, Curb Records, Essential Music Publishing, Provident Music Group, Reach Records, RCA Inspiration, Gotee Records, HarperCollins, Adrev/Fuga, Downtown Music, TELACU, and MultiTracks.

A recognized voice in music business and entrepreneurship, Henry is a frequent speaker at conferences and institutions including Grammy Camp, Expolit, GMA Music Summit, The Grammy Museum, Recording Academy’s “Quick Conversations,” MonitorLatino Conference, Hispanic Leadership Conference, and the AGM Conference. He has also guest lectured at Azusa Pacific University, East Los Angeles College, Belmont University, UCLA, The Contemporary Music Center, and Centro de Artes Musicales (CAM).

Henry holds a BA in Commercial Music from Azusa Pacific University and an MBA from Concordia University Irvine, where he was a David C. Lizárraga/TOYOTA Fellow. He is currently pursuing a Certificate in Business of Entertainment, an online program with NYU Tisch School of the Arts.

He serves on the Executive Board of the Gospel Music Association, and has been appointed as Co-Chair of Education Committee of the Los Angeles Chapter of The Recording Academy. He is also an active member of NARAS, LARAS, AIMP, GMA, ASCAP, RIAA, CMPA, and MusicBiz.
