Henry is the Founder, Partner, and Chief Creative Officer at Adarga Entertainment Group, a company centered on providing the music industry services to independent artists and record labels.

Some corporate clients and partners include Sony Music, Integrity Music, Curb Records, Essential Music Publishing, Capitol CMG/Universal, Reach Records, Gotee Records, HarperCollins, Adrev, DashGo, MultiTracks, and Univision.

Henry has worked with a variety of artists including Grammy Award, Latin Grammy, Billboard Award, and Dove Award, winners and nominees.

During his career, he has also co-produced music events at The Forum, Nokia Theater, Madison Square Garden, Coliseo de Puerto Rico, Arena Ciudad de Mexico, The Arena at the Anaheim Convention Center, EagleBank Arena, and the Shrine Auditorium.

He earned a BA degree in Commercial Music from Azusa Pacific University and an MBA degree in Business Practice from Concordia University.

He is also an Assistant Professor of Music Entrepreneurship at Azusa Pacific University and former Adjunct Professor of Music Business at East Los Angeles College.

Henry also serves on the Executive Board of the Gospel Music Association; the Foundations Committee of the Los Angeles Chapter of The Recording Academy; and previously on the Board of Directors at Idle Tuesdays, a non-profit recording studio.
